Anti Communalism Rally, Mangalore, Karnataka

Continuing our "Modi Hatao" campaign, Indian Youth Congress held a massive procession-cum-Rally at Mangalore, Karnataka on 1st May, 2002

We particularly highlighted the 'Politics of Communalism' being played by BJP and its allies in their conspiracy for perpetuation of political power. Demanding immediate dismissal of Narender Modi Government in Gujarat, friends of the Youth Congress vowed to fight the onslaught of BJP's terror machines symbolized by Bajrang Dal, VHP and RSS.

Besides IYC President, Shri Randeep Singh Surjewala along with State PYC Chief, a number of senior congressmen including Shri Veerappa Moily - Former Chief Minister, Shri D.K. ShivKumar and Shri B. Ramanath Rai - Ministers as also former Youth Congress Presidents participated.
