Blood Donation Camp on Rajivji's Birthday.

20th August - Rajivji's 57th Birthday - once again came to us as a day of self-reckoning and self-realisation. A day to remember our inspirer and leader, who not only bequeathed hope, recognition and a better future to millions of youth but also initiated us to dream of a new forward looking India - an India founded up on righteousness, equality, self-respect and mutual tolerance.

We remembered him not by words - but by deeds, howsoever humble. Youth Congress organised 'Blood Donation', 'Tree Plantation' and 'Fruit Distribution' programmes all over the country.

In National capital, New Delhi; we were inspired by the presence and encouragement of none less then Hon'ble Congress President, Smt. Sonia Gandhi who took time out of her busy schedule to bestow her affection and blessings on the youth at the headquarters of Indian Youth Congress.
