Two New Huda Sectors – Sector-18 and Sector-21

HUDA has carved out two new sectors in Kaithal City. Sector-18, HUDA, Kaithal has a total area of 239.56 acres with 1409 residential plots of different sizes.

Sector-21, HUDA, Kaithal has a total area of 298.01 acres with 1695 residential plots of different sizes.

This has given a new impetus to the urban growth story of Kaithal.

Gymkhana Club

Kaithal is turning a new leaf in urban infrastructure with development of Gymkhana Club in Sector-21, Kaithal. HUDA has approved a DNIT for Rs.213.50 lakh and tenders are being floated. In the second phase, this club shall also have extended facilities.

One of the oldest demands of New Grain Market area have been met by undertaking construction of a ‘Modern Community Centre’ in the area of New Grain Market, Kaithal at a cost of Rs.83.75 lakh. Another major demand of residents has been met by undertaking of construction of Community Centre in Sector-19, HUDA, Kaithal at a cost of Rs.99.20 lakh. Construction is going on in full swing.

One of the oldest demands of residents of New Grain Market and Model Town Kaithal for construction of parking has been met by sanctioning parking space at a cost of Rs.140 lakh in Mandi Township, Kaithal. Work is going on in full swing.

Sewerage Treatment Plant of Huda on Khurana Road in Kaithal

While three sewerage treatment plants are coming up for non-HUDA area in Kaithal City, there was an urgent need for construction of a sewerage treatment plant for HUDA sectors in Kaithal.

With the efforts of Randeep Singh Surjewala, this demand has been met. It is proposed to construct a sewerage treatment plant on Khurana Road on northern bank of Kaithal drain at a cost of Rs.870 lakh. Work has been allotted and construction is slated to begin soon.

Special Repair of Main Roads and Internal Roads of Sector-19 and Sector-20, Kaithal

A tender has been recently issued for construction of all the main roads and internal roads of Sector-19 and Sector-20, Kaithal with an estimated cost of Rs.185.65 lakh.
