Lalkar Rally outside Parliament
In order to expose the naked malfeasance of public money leading to duping of 2 crore small investors as also to highlight the unchecked and unhindered massacre of innocent people belonging to minority Hindu Community in Jammu and Kashmir with Central and State Governments being mere mute spectators, Indian Youth Congress has launched a countrywide agitational programme.
On 13th August 2001, a massive 'Lalkar Rally' was held outside Parliament.
