Martyrdom Day

23rd March is the Martyrdom Day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Shaheed Sukhdev and Shaheed Rajguru.

Indian Youth Congress president, Sh. Randeep Singh Surjewala took out processions and held dharnas in various cities and towns of India to remember these and lakhs of other martyrs of Indian National Congress who laid down their lives for a free, independent and secular India of our own.

Youth Congress friends simultaneously projected that Indian National Congress represents that brand of ideology and principles on which foundation of modern India is laid while BJP-led NDA Government has shamelessly bartered away national security interests for a few dollars from defence dealers and middlemen.

In New Delhi, IYC President, Sh. Randeep Singh Surjewala took a march along with an 80 year old Gandhian in Mahatma Gandhiji's attire to project the above said two extremes of thoughts and actions between Indian National Congress and present BJP-led NDA regime.
