National Security Rally outside Parliament

As a next step in the series of initiatives undertaken by Indian Youth Congress to expose the naked immorality of BJP led NDA in sale of national secrets at the altar of defence dealers and middlemen, we organized a massive 'National Security Rally' on 16th April, 2001 before Indian Parliament. IYC President, Sh. Randeep Singh Surjewala led thousands of youth activists, who enthusiastically joined in demanding the immediate arrest of guilty persons besides resignation of Prime Minister and his Government to ensure a free, fair and impartial probe.

Senior most Congress leaders including Smt. Ambika Soni, Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, Shri Oscar Fernandes, General Secretaries of AICC, Shri Ahmed Patel, Member of Congress Working Committee, Shri Motilal Vora, Treasurer, AICC, Shri Anil Shastri, Secretary AICC, Incharge of Youth Congress & Shri Satyajit Gaekwad, Secretary, AICC were kind enough to address the youth activists and deliver Congress President's message of tirelessly fighting for integrity and security of India as our paramount goal.
