Surjewala Declares War Against BJP - NDA Govt.

Taking the secular ideals of Hon’ble Congress President Smt. Sonia Gandhi to general public via agitational programmes, IYC President Shri Randeep Singh Surjewala scheduled a nationwide 'Jan Jagran Abhiyan' in shape of rallies to be held in States of Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh where elections are scheduled in the near future. Along with these, Youth Congress finalized nearly 40 rallies to be held in Karnataka, New Delhi, Jharkhand, Bihar, Kerala, Mumbai, Jaipur, Haryana, Daman, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking in the meeting of National Council of Indian Youth Congress Shri Randeep Singh Surjewala, President IYC, said that the youth of the country had to rise to the occasion, initiate another war of independence against the N.D.A. Govt. and unmask the BJP’s communal agenda. He called upon the youth to raise their voice against the Narender Modi’s, “Gaurav Yatra” and his tirade in the state of Gujarat, which went against the very secular credentials of the nation and was eradicating the basic fabric of our Country. Giving the information to the Press I.Y.C. Spokesperson Shri Rajiv Gambhir said that these agitational rallies would unite the youth in these states and give them strength and mobilize the youth cadre for the coming elections. He said that Shri Randeep Singh Surjewala would be personally visiting these state and extensively covering all these rallies.
