'Training Camp' at jagatpur, jaipur, Rajasthan
Youth Congress held a two-day 'Training Camp' at jagatpur, jaipur on 10th NS 11th June 2003. State office bearers, District and Block Youth Congress Presidents participated.
A number of varied topics were deliberated regarding 'Contribution of Indian National Congress in Nation Building', 'Role of Youth in Organization', 'Administration and Politics', 'Role of Youth in Drought Management', 'Financial Management in times of Scarcity and Job Creation', Agricultural Policy for Arid Regions - Problems and Solutions', 'Development Strategy of Congress Government in Rajasthan - Achievements and Future', 'Communalism - Challenges Ahead', 'Education at Doorsteps - Achievements and Challenges'.
Besides Sh. Mukul Wasnik, General Secretary, AICC and the IYC President, Sh. Randeep Singh Surjewala, a number of senior leaders of the party addressed the boys on aforementioned topics. Smt. Girija Vyas, PCC President; Sh. Jagan Nath Pahadia, Former Chief Minister; Sh. Hira Lal Devpura, Former Chief Minister; Smt. Kamla Beniwal, Dy. Chief Minister; Sh. Banwari Lal Bairwa, Dy. Chief Minister; Sh. C. P. Joshi, Sh. Pardumann Singh, Sh. Hira Lal Indora, Sh. Mahesh Joshi, Sh. B. D. Kalla - all Senior Ministers; Sh. K.L. Kamal, Former Vice Chancellor and other senior functionaries participated.
Interactive sessions with delegates asking probing questions on the issues debated were the highlight of the training session.
