UTI Scam - Demonstration at Bangalore, Karnataka

To highlight 'corruption in high places' in aftermath of Rs. 6000 crores UTI Scam, we held another massive demonstration at Bangalore (Karnataka) on September 3, 2001.

Thousands of youth activists gathered at PCC office and marched through the main streets of the state capital leading to UTI Zonal office. Besides the IYC President Mr. Randeep Singh Surjewala and PYC Chief, Shri Mohan Kumar, MP; Shri Salim Ahmed, MLC and Chief Whip of Legislative Council and a number of MPs and MLAs were present and addressed the youth activists.
